You can enjoy what you are doing for a living and this is the ultimate goal that all of us should be working for. But at the same time work is just part of our life, it is not life itself. You can learn to love what you are doing eventually, you can learn new skills that will make you a more valuable worker or let you find a more satisfying job. In any case you need to remember that money that you make is just means to an end and you need to remember about other important things in life like family, friends, health. Most of us really do not need that much to be happy and to live a balanced life. Work-life balance is possible in my opinion.
